The F87 M2 runs a wide-body front fender design that sets the M2 apart visually from the standard 2-Series. The trim pieces running along those fenders are a natural carbon upgrade target -- and with the M2, using genuine material here is the right call. AutoTecknic's Dry Carbon Fiber Fender Trims replace the factory pieces with real pre-preg autoclave carbon fiber: actual 2x2 twill weave through UV-protective clear coat, not a carbon-look vinyl or hydrodip substitute.
Pre-preg construction means the resin is impregnated into the fiber before the mold is closed. The autoclave applies uniform heat and pressure throughout the cure, eliminating air pockets and resin voids that weaken wet-layup carbon. The result is a part that is lighter and more consistent than open-mold carbon alternatives. Fitment is F87 M2 specific. Hardware included.
