Pricing
The LMTLS Auto website lists thousands of products purchased in different currencies. Prices are entered accurately at the time they are added, but because exchange rates and supplier costs change often, we may not always be able to honor the price shown on the website. Our system cannot automatically adjust for these fluctuations.
If we cannot fulfill your order at the listed price, you will receive a 100% refund with no questions asked, so your order is always risk-free.
We work hard to keep prices updated and offer price-match guarantees, but prices may change without notice. Pricing differences do not qualify for compensation or damages.

Special Ordered Items
Some items may be special-ordered or made specifically for your vehicle. These include built-to-order, customized, one-off, or otherwise non-stock items. Once your invoice or deposit is paid, special-order items cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned for any reason. All sales are final.
If you are dissatisfied with the item’s appearance, functionality, or fitment, LMTLS Auto will assist you in contacting the manufacturer for support. Please purchase carefully, as some products may not be intended for overseas vehicle variants. All products sold by LMTLS Auto are guaranteed genuine and new unless stated otherwise. However, we cannot guarantee exact fitment on vehicles outside the manufacturer’s intended market.
LMTLS Auto sources parts from various countries, especially Japan. Some manufacturers offer multiple versions of similar products, so customers must provide accurate part numbers or specific product details when ordering. Without exact information, LMTLS Auto is not responsible if a similar—but unintended—product is supplied. Orders are not contingent upon guaranteed fitment. Any claims of incorrect product fulfillment must be submitted within five days of delivery and must include documentation.
Lead times for special orders are estimates and may change. Delays in production or shipping are beyond our control and are not valid reasons for cancellation. Many manufacturers provide limited updates until major production milestones.
Shipping estimates are provided at invoicing but may fluctuate. These changes do not qualify for cancellation. Final shipping charges are confirmed once the item arrives at our warehouse. LMTLS Auto works with multiple carriers to secure competitive rates.
All special-order items must be inspected immediately upon arrival.

Freight shipments: Photograph packaging, open and inspect contents, and document everything before signing for delivery. Failure to do so may void insurance coverage.

Standard shipments (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.): Photograph packaging and inspect items right away. Any damage must be reported to LMTLS Auto within 24 hours or insurance claims may be denied.
Shipping and Delivery Information
Items that are in stock in the U.S.—either at LMTLS Auto’s warehouse or a supplier’s warehouse—are generally delivered within 7–10 business days. Special-order items coming from overseas require significantly more time.
As a courtesy, LMTLS Auto provides delivery estimates based on manufacturer availability and typical shipping schedules. These estimates are our best approximation based on past orders and are not guaranteed delivery windows. Many manufacturers operate on a “just-in-time” production system and may take anywhere from 2 to 30+ weeks to produce an item once an order is placed.
After production, items are sent to our Japanese warehouse. LMTLS Auto ships at least one full ocean freight container from Japan each month, often more. Ocean freight transit averages around four weeks, typically consisting of:

Port congestion and other logistical issues can cause additional delays.
Because of the many variables between manufacturer production and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are only estimates. We provide conservative timelines and often deliver sooner, but LMTLS Auto does not and cannot guarantee delivery times for special-order items.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery times are estimates—not guarantees—and that orders cannot be cancelled or changed due to manufacturing or shipping delays outside the control of LMTLS Auto. All ETAs are based on previous experience and manufacturer feedback.
Refunds and Exchanges
All products that are prepaid, made-to-order, or not regularly stocked in the U.S. by the manufacturer or distributor are considered special orders. All special orders must be paid in full before processing and are non-refundable.
Products ordered from U.S.-based manufacturers may be eligible for a refund—solely at the discretion of the manufacturer or authorized distributor—provided the item is still in new condition and in its original packaging. Any refund issued by LMTLS Auto will be at our discretion and will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
No return or exchange will be accepted without a pre-approved RMA number issued in writing by LMTLS Auto management.
All internationally sourced products are automatically considered special-order items and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. For special-order items, we will gladly exchange parts only if they do not match the product that was originally ordered.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Competition, OFFROAD USE ONLY AND LOCAL VEHICLE REGULATIONS
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products sold by LMTLS Auto LLC are designated as Race Only and intended solely for competition or off-road use in events formally sanctioned by recognized racing organizations. Any other use—including recreational off-road use—may violate local, state, or federal laws. LMTLS Auto does not implicitly or explicitly confirm the legality of using any product on public roads; determining legality is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Some parts offered for sale are specifically designed for competition and/or off-highway applications. Federal and many state laws prohibit the removal, modification, or disabling of any emissions or safety-related equipment on vehicles used on public roads. Violating these laws may result in fines or penalties. Installing these parts may also void any existing vehicle warranties. Vehicles modified with performance parts may no longer be legally operable on public highways.
LMTLS Auto assumes no responsibility for how customers choose to use these products, as all products are sold for off-road use only on racing vehicles. LMTLS Auto does not have knowledge of, nor is it responsible for informing you of, your local on-road or off-road laws. Product legality for street or track use may vary by jurisdiction.
