Introducing a new era in sports wheels, the NE24 represents a departure from conventional norms, marked by a racing-inspired name for the first time in seven years. It embodies a sense of transformation, inviting a feeling of "entering a new phase."
The nomenclature of this series blends "N" from VOLK RACING Gr.N, the roots of the developed wheel, with "E," a shared initial in existing series such as TE, CE, and ZE, signifying "evolution."
2021 is poised to be a year of impact, with Japanese manufacturers unveiling numerous exciting cars and a surge in upcoming European C-segment sports models. In response to this global competition, the NE24's design departs from convention. The 2x4 spoke configuration was reimagined to achieve a unique geometry—prioritizing mass at the center area, reducing spoke count, and maintaining necessary volume at the center fastening and rim joint areas. The outer circumference features a high-performance design tailored for use with tires of robust specifications.
Crafting this design involved meticulous trial and error by the RAYS R&D Analytical Team, utilizing the latest forging technology to achieve delicate and subtle spikes. The undercut of the spoke was enhanced for a heightened level difference, ensuring a three-dimensional appearance even in narrow sizes.
Creating something new requires the embodiment of challenging concepts. Leveraging skills and experience acquired through the design and development of racing wheels, we strive to bring forth new styling and performance in street wheels. Both racing and street wheels are produced by the same team members in the same factory—this is the world of VOLK RACING.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
International orders are shipped via USPS FedEx or DHL.
All international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties and taxes. These fees are not integrated into the item pricing or shipping charges. These fees are paid by the buyer, upon arrival to its international destination. Any charges associated with the importation of products purchased from LMTLS Auto are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not pre-pay any customs fees, duties or taxes when the shipment arrives to the international destination. Any costs resulting from the refusal to import a product purchased through LMTLS Auto may result in additional charges.

Please inspect items immediately when received. Read conditions below carefully before inquiring about returns and exchanges.
Returns:
- All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. The restocking fee covers the cost of our order processing and restocking process. If you wish to retain store credit, the restocking fee may be waived. Please inquire for details.
- All electronics returned need to be sealed and in their original packaging and the tamper seal intact in order to receive a credit, exchange, or refund.
- Items you wish to return MUST be approved prior to your return. All return inquiries must be sent to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Approved Returns MUST be sent back to us within 30 days of approval.
- Returned items must be in brand new condition in original packaging.
- Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
- No returns, cancellations, or refunds are allowed on special order items.
- Once items have been returned to us, and the condition has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued. Approved refunds are issued within 2-3 days.
Exchanges:
- Please contact us if inquiring about an exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to second shipping charges unless there was a mistake made on the order. If a mistake was made by LMTLS Auto, we will provide a return shipping label for you to use to make the exchange as seamless as possible.
