Please allow up to 48 hours to process and ship your IN-STOCK ORDER. Orders for items that are not in-stock can take much longer. If you have a time sensitive shipment please email us to ensure there are no delays.
Free shipping promotions do not apply to orders shipping to:
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and U.S. outlying territories (Guam, Virgin Islands, Etc.), International orders and limited other occasions.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in which the customer does not want to pay the shipping cost difference.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
International orders are shipped via USPS FedEx or DHL.
All international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties and taxes. These fees are not integrated into the item pricing or shipping charges. These fees are paid by the buyer, upon arrival to its international destination. Any charges associated with the importation of products purchased from LMTLS Auto are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not pre-pay any customs fees, duties or taxes when the shipment arrives to the international destination. Any costs resulting from the refusal to import a product purchased through LMTLS Auto may result in additional charges.
Navidium Protection
We’ve partnered with Navidium Protection to ensure your order is covered during transit. With Navidium, you’ll receive protection for lost, damaged, or stolen items during the shipping process.
We offer Navidium Protection to ensure your order is safe from damage, loss, or theft during transit. The cost of Navidium Protection will be automatically added to your cart during checkout.
- Coverage with Navidium Protection:
Damage: If your item is damaged in transit, Navidium will assist with a replacement or refund.
Lost Packages: In case your package is lost, Navidium will help you recover it or provide a replacement.
Theft: If your package is stolen after delivery, Navidium Protection will help you file a claim for compensation.
- Opting Out of Navidium Protection:
At checkout, you can choose to opt-out of Navidium Protection by unchecking the box for shipping protection. Please note that by opting out, you will not be eligible for claims in the event of a lost, damaged, or stolen package.
Please inspect items immediately when received. Read conditions below carefully before inquiring about returns and exchanges.
Returns:
- All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. The restocking fee covers the cost of our order processing and restocking process. If you wish to retain store credit, the restocking fee may be waived. Please inquire for details.
- All electronics returned need to be sealed and in their original packaging and the tamper seal intact in order to receive a credit, exchange, or refund.
- Items you wish to return MUST be approved prior to your return. All return inquiries must be sent to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Approved Returns MUST be sent back to us within 30 days of approval.
- Returned items must be in brand new condition in original packaging.
- Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
- No returns, cancellations, or refunds are allowed on special order items.
- Once items have been returned to us, and the condition has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued. Approved refunds are issued within 2-3 days.
Exchanges:
- Please contact us if inquiring about an exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to second shipping charges unless there was a mistake made on the order. If a mistake was made by LMTLS Auto, we will provide a return shipping label for you to use to make the exchange as seamless as possible.
