The name is 57NR, and the traditional 10 spokes design of RAYS, have excellent stress dispersion and firmly receive the information from the road surface. A new "C-FORM" design is provided between the spokes to increase rigidity. This allows the spokes to maintain a perfect circle even when strong forces are applied. In addition, the strength of the inner rim has been dramatically improved by "H.S.PLUS" (High Strength Technology) newly developed by RAYS. This wheel maximizes the power of the machine and the grip of the tire to obtain powerful traction. The 57NR is designed to be the "strongest" wheel in the R series, with flawless design and performance.

The new design concept 'C-FORM'.
- With the increase in vehicle weight and power, the key issue is how to effectively transfer the generated power to the road surface. The new "C-FORM" design, increasing the strength of the spoke openings is a method actively used in motorsports. It contributes to increasing rigidity while minimizing the increase in weight. The technology fed back directly from the racing scene.
High-strength technology, 'H.S.PLUS.'
- To further strengthen the inner rim of the wheel, the new "H.S.PLUS" (High Strength+) construction method has been adopted. By applying a special process to the inner rim, the balance between tension stress and compression stress is controlled, strengthening the inner rim without increasing weight.
A.M.T. (Advanced Machining Technology)
- RAYS patented "Advanced Machining Technology", a cutting technology that reproduces delicate designs on a three-dimensional curved surface. In order to establish this technique, we designed and developed everything from the machine tool to the cutting edge in-house. Brand logos and credits, which were previously expressed by molds such as stickers and castings, are now engraved with a three-dimensional effect, further boosting the precise look of the 57NR.
Knurling Finish
- Knurling finish added to the bead seat minimizes wheel and tire slippage, which tends to occur when large traction is applied, minimizing traction loss and changes in tire balance.
EH2+ Hump
- In recent drift competitions, tire pressure has been set lower in order to take advantage of traction. To minimize the risk of bead dropping, which is an adverse effect of lower tire pressure, this model employs the EH2+, a hump shape used for wheels with run flat tires. *Only available for 18x9.5J / 19x10.5J
