The Goldenwrench Blackline Performance S55 Charge Cooler Cover is a precision-engineered engine bay upgrade designed specifically for BMW F-chassis M vehicles equipped with the S55 engine. Fabricated from 1.5mm T5 aluminum sheet, this cover fits cleanly over the factory charge cooler unit, replacing its utilitarian appearance with a clean, motorsport-inspired panel that ties the engine bay together.
The cover features the Blackline Tri-Fin design alongside a laser-cut Blackline Performance logo and classic G insignia — details that bring visual consistency to the engine bay without overpowering it. Each piece is finished in a satin black anodized coat that is resistant to engine bay heat and blends naturally with the factory S55 engine dress. No paint, no decals — the finish is anodized into the aluminum for long-term durability.
Installation is straightforward and requires no modification to the factory cooler unit. The cover affixes directly over the top of the charge cooler and includes an Installation Instruction Card. The entire fitment process takes only minutes, and the kit ships complete — cover and instructions included.
